We're looking for an experienced Senior Channel Partner Manager to lead and scale our channel partner network — driving quality leads and closures through strong broker and agency relationships.
What You'll Own:
- Build, manage, and grow a robust network of channel partners, brokers, and real estate agencies across Bangalore
- Onboard new channel partners and conduct regular engagement and training sessions
- Drive lead generation and site visits through the CP network
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align CP campaigns and incentives
- Track CP performance, manage payouts, and resolve escalations
- Represent Vajram Group at CP meets, exhibitions, and networking events
