The Change Manager shapes and delivers the change strategy and change action plans to ensure stakeholder readiness and adoption of the enhanced systems, processes and ways of working introduced through the transformation.

What you need to apply:

• Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager on large HR transformations in EMEA
