We are partnering with a leading organisation undertaking a major Salesforce transformation and are seeking a Senior Change Consultant to play a critical role in driving adoption, capability uplift, and business readiness across a large-scale implementation. This is a 12-month contract opportunity which is hybrid working based in Adelaide.

You will lead the change and adoption strategy for a complex Salesforce program, working closely with delivery, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure the platform is embedded effectively and delivers measurable business value. This role requires someone who can operate hands-on across change delivery, training design, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced, consulting-led environment.
