Job Title: Night Senior Care Assistant at HC One

Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing personalized care plans that promote residents' security, dignity, and independence.
- Building strong relationships with residents and their families.
- Leading a team of Care Assistants to maintain high standards of care.
- Assisting with daily activities such as using walking frames, end-of-life care, and communicating with families.
- Providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
