About the Role

This role is for 33 hours per week and night shift only.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement personalised care to give residents a real sense of security, dignity and independence.
- Become familiar with residents and families, ensuring truly personalised care plans are delivered.
- Lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and influencing the rest of the team.
- Support the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with physical and mental stimulation, social and recreational activities, and medication administration.
- Maintain accurate records of care and build strong relationships with the rest of your team. <...
