About the role
We have full‑time positions of 33 hours per week on days or 44 hours per week on nights.
As a Senior Care Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Each of us understands that our residents are people with their own stories – you will have the opportunity to give something back to those people.
Planning and implementing the kind of care that gives residents a sense of security, dignity and independence is your key role. You will build personalised care plans with residents and families, lead a team of Care Assistants, maintain the highest standards of care, and influence the team. The role also involves assisting the Registered Nurse and Care Manager with physical and mental stimulation, social and recreational activities, and administering medication.
