Salary: £13.45 – £14.30 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 33 hours per week, with alternate weekends (days or night shifts)
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day responsibility for running a unit
- Support clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans and accurate record keeping
- Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, responsible for all shift handovers
- Help with training and supervision of new staff members
- Build relationships with residents, families and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
- Assist residents with a range of personal care duties
