Main Duties
- Deliver high-standard personal care and support residents' wellbeing.
- Participate in person‑centred care planning and monthly evaluations.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Supervise and support staff development.
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, visitors and health and social care professionals.
About the Candidate
- NVQ 3 or equivalent in care (or suitable equivalent qualification).
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar care setting.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
