Senior Cake Decorator/Cake Decorator

• PRIMARY FUNCTION

- Assist the Supervisors to achieve various production target.

• ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that the production plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA's regulation. Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.
- Cake Decoration
- Ingredient preparation
- Slicing of frozen ice-cream
- Preparation of ice-cream cake base
- Preparation of display cakes and customer order cakes
- New Cake Design
- Guide and train production assistant for ice-cream cake
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by the management
