We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner to support our enterprise billing system within the IT department.
This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and our external billing vendor. The resource will translate business objectives into actionable functional and technical requirements, coordinate solution delivery, and ensure system stability and compliance. They will also serve as the single point of contact for support needs and coordination between internal and vendor IT teams.
