We’re looking for a Senior Business Performance Reporting Analyst to join Fletcher Construction. This is a senior role within a well-established finance team, where you will play a key role in leading the FP&A function and owning business performance reporting. You’ll work closely with finance leaders and operational teams to deliver clear, accurate insights that support decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of business performance insights across financial and operational metrics, providing clear visibility to senior leadership

Act as a trusted business partner to finance leaders and operational teams, using BI tools (primarily IBM Planning Analytics) to deliver meaningful, decision-ready insights

Own and lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational drivers
