Become a pivotal force at Visa as a Senior Business Analyst supporting the Visa POD. This role is all about delivering enhancements, operational improvements, and a seamless cardholder experience across the payments ecosystem.
The Senior Business Analyst will work for an initial term of six months, focusing on various operational improvements and enhancements. You will engage with stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable user stories and managing backlog items. Experience in Agile teams and strong documentation skills are key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support enhancements and defect resolution in Visa products
• Collaborate with business and technical partners
• Analyze impacts across various card systems
• Identify and document operational improvements
• Assist in UAT planning and release readiness
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years in Business Analysis within financial services
• Experience with Visa credit products
