Scope of Work / Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Business Analyst for the procurement system, supporting Source-to-Pay, vendor management, and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
• Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT product delivery teams to define, validate, and prioritize business needs.
• Plan and facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, workshops, interviews, walkthroughs, and process discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze current and future-state procurement processes and identify business rules, gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and backlog items.
