NetCracker Technology is seeking a Senior OSS Business Analyst with strong expertise in Resource Inventory and Service Orchestration for different Telecom network domains (IP/MPLS, DWDM, MW) for B2B and B2C services. In this role, you will act as a customer‑facing expert, driving the identification of solution and product requirements throughout the analysis, design, implementation, training, and testing phases of projects.
