**Senior Business Analyst**

Role Overview:
Acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team to define requirements, prioritize reporting needs, and maximize business value delivered through each sprint.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews.
• Elicit and document reporting requirements.
• Analyze current-state laboratory and regulatory reporting processes.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and business priorities.
• Maintain and prioritize the implementation backlog.
• Serve as Product Owner Proxy during sprint execution.
• Align business requirements with solution design.
• Validate reporting outputs and dashboards.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
