About Us
Polly’s Brew Co. is a small, independent craft brewery in Mold, North Wales looking to expand our Brewhouse team. We began life with a dream and a vision as a two‑man operation brewing six times a month back in January 2018. Since then, we have continuously expanded our team, production output and even expanded premises across the yard here on Polly’s old farm.
