Job Description
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the growth of one or more of P&G's iconic brands by developing winning strategies, delivering outstanding consumer experiences, and driving sustainable business growth. You will:
+ Define and execute brand growth strategies by leveraging consumer and shopper insights, market trends, and campaign performance analysis.
+ Own end-to-end brand building initiatives and deliver key business metrics across multiple channels, including e-commerce, driving topline growth, market share, penetration, brand equity, and budget efficiency
+ Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, rregional Consumer & Market Knowledge, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop and execute integrated business plans.
