Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
- Process and review accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform bank, creditor, debtor, tenant, and general ledger reconciliations
- Manage rental income processing and tenant account allocations
- Prepare monthly management reports and supporting schedules
- Assist with cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting activities
- Process VAT returns and ensure statutory compliance
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Assist with audits and maintain strong financial controls and governance
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping
- 5+ years' experience in a Senior Bookkeeping role
- Property industry experience is essential
