About the Job
- Developing and managing digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places
- Utilizing BIM software and tools to create and modify BIM models
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure BIM models accurately represent design intent
- Coordinating BIM models among multiple design disciplines to ensure compatibility and accuracy
- Training and supporting team members and other stakeholders in the use of BIM software and methodology
- Establishing and enforcing BIM standards and procedures within the organization
- Performing clash detection and resolution in BIM models to avoid design and construction issues
- Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM strategic planning
- Generating and managing digital data and reports from BIM models
