BIM MODELLER SECTION I: BASIC INFORMATION Job Function EDRC Role Modeler - BIM (Senior) Sub Job Family Building Information Modelling (BIM) Band E Band SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role) Independently handle BIM modeling tasks, provide technical guidance to junior modelers, and ensure model quality and coordination. SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop and manage discipline-specific BIM models. Conduct model validation, quality checks, and ensure clash-free models. Extract drawings, BOQs, and support project documentation. Mentor junior modelers and ensure adherence to BIM standards. Coordinate with BIM leads and engineers for project deliverables.
