Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Beauty Consultant team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic and wellness treatments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and guide patients throughout their aesthetic journey.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize retention and referrals.
