Key Functions & Responsibilities

• · Tailor each experience to meet consumer specific needs, while showcasing high level of expertise in make-up and beauty techniques.
• · Learn and use fundamental product knowledge (features, benefits, usage) both fragrance and make up, and make up application techniques to provide best results for consumers.
• · Be proactive in finding solutions to drive sales reaching weekly targets, generate new business;
  particular focus on product launches, anniversaries and local/seasonal events if any.
• · Achieve sales goals and expectations and proactively drive for more.
• · Adhere to sales processes and procedures in line with Store/Company guidelines.
