Tasks
 Production & Manufacturing
 Prepare and execute production batches according to established formulas and specifications.
 Weigh and measure raw materials using precision equipment.
 Operate industrial mixers and monitor key parameters, including speed, sequence, and cycle times.
 Validate production results throughout the process to ensure quality standards are met.
 Accurately perform metric and imperial unit conversions.
 Handle and store chemical products in compliance with safety procedures and SDS requirements.
 Safely operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
 Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure machinery is in proper working condition.
 Support inventory movement and material handling activities.
 Leadership & Team Coordination
 Provide daily guidance and support to production employees on the shop floor.
