Job Summary
Senior Barista is responsible for overseeing all coffee operations, maintaining beverage quality standards, managing barista teams, developing coffee programs, and ensuring excellent customer experience across all outlets. This role leads training, workflow efficiency, inventory control, and continuous improvement of the coffee department.
Outlet: Bukit Damansara, Merdeka 118, BSC Mall, The Gardens Mid Valley, Intermark Mall, KLGCC Mall
Key Responsibilities
Coffee Operations
- Oversee daily coffee and beverage operations across all outlets.
- Ensure consistency in coffee quality, recipes, presentation, and service standards.
- Monitor espresso extraction, milk texturing, grinder calibration, and brewing methods.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and quality checks.
Team Management
