Senior Backend & Infra Engineer for Real-Time AI

LeadAI Pty Ltd in Cebu City is seeking a Mid-Senior Backend & Infrastructure Engineer to own the backend and infrastructure foundation of our AI Staff platform. You will design scalable backend services, manage cloud, containers, networking, CI/CD, and observability, and ship robust systems for real customers.

This role requires 3–5+ years of backend engineering experience, hands-on cloud and container skills, and a track record of building reliable, scalable software used at scale.
