Senior Backend Engineer: Real-Time ETA & Routing (Remote)

Careem is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I to join the Marketplace ETA & Routing team. You will design and maintain backend services that compute real‑time ETAs and routing across multiple Careem verticals, delivering accurate, timely information to millions of users.

You will work with engineers across Jordan, Pakistan, and Dubai, writing Golang and other modern languages, and ensuring reliability through tests, on‑call responsiveness, and strong collaboration.
