Senior Backend Architect – Healthcare Platform (HL7/FHIR)

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to own the technical direction and architecture of a large-scale healthcare platform, supporting primary care programs across Africa. You will lead modernization efforts using C#, .NET Core, Azure, and SQL, driving HL7/FHIR interoperability with EMR and national health systems.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with CTO and product teams, and contribute hands-on to complex implementations. Occasional travel to Africa is required.
