Senior AV & VC Tech Support Specialist

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Tech Support Representative in Baja California, Mexico. This role involves enthusiastically resolving technical support issues, predominantly focusing on AV hardware and software, while assisting the Tier 1 support team with escalated tickets.
