Job Description
This position offers the unique opportunity to support educational institutions across California as they help shape the next generation. We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join our Southern California Education Law Practice Group, providing counsel to public and private K–12 schools, community college districts, and related organizations. The ideal candidate will have experience advising public entities on a broad range of issues, including governance and labor and employment matters, as well as conducting investigations involving discrimination, harassment, or other forms of misconduct.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Advise district and school administrators on all aspects of personnel matters, including employee discipline, dismissal, and separation
Assist clients in responding to California Public Records Act requests, complying with the Brown Act, and navigating conflicts of interest
