You'll be responsible for leading a team that manages client deliverables, including comprehensive financial statements and ensuring high service levels. Building strong client relationships and directing team training will ensure timely and accurate NAV production. Your leadership will enhance operational efficiency in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee NAV production and associated financial reports
• Act as the escalation point for client issues
• Train team members for optimal performance
• Ensure fees are billed and collected on time
• Drive participation in system improvements and projects
Requirements:
• University degree with finance or accounting focus
• Minimum 5 years in fund administration
