**Senior Associate, Benefits Operations**
We are seeking a results-driven **Senior Associate, Benefits Operations** to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for the effective administration, governance, and delivery of employee benefit programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in benefits operations, vendor management, financial process coordination, data management, and employee support.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Benefits Administration**
+ Manage the administration of employee benefit programs, including but not limited to **Car Lease, Leave, Daycare, and Insurance etc..**
+ Ensure **benefit transactions, enrolments, changes, and employee queries are managed accurately and within defined timelines.**
+ Coordinate with **HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors** to resolve operational issues and escalations.
