Senior Assistant Vice President – Technology Operations

Role Summary

The Technology Operations Leader is responsible for the overall delivery, governance, stability, and strategic direction of technology services supporting EXL business operations and client engagements. This role provides leadership across Infrastructure, Systems, Network, Voice, Service Desk, Information Security, and Service Delivery functions while ensuring alignment with client contractual commitments, operational objectives, and enterprise technology strategies

The incumbent serves as the primary technology representative for assigned client portfolios and business units, ensuring high availability of critical systems, exceptional service delivery, compliance adherence, and continuous innovation through automation, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled solutions.
