Senior Assistant Director, Business Continuity Management (3 Years Contract)

As part of the Enterprise Risk Management Office (ERMO) , you will join a closely knit and passionate team dedicated to building resilience capabilities across the group. You will play a central role in engaging with the various Research Entities (REs), driving critical business continuity and crisis management initiatives, and shaping a stronger, more agile organisation.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor BCM specialists to drive the execution of business continuity management activities for the groupand its Research Entities.
• Develop and implement strategies for business continuity and operational resiliency to ensure Agency can withstand and recover from disruptions
• Develop and enhance BCM framework, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Oversee the operationalisation of the BCM review cycle for Risk Analysis & Review, Business Impact Analysis, Recovery Strategies and Recovery Procedures.
