• You can develop and pitch big-picture creative concepts and campaign visual languages, then carry them through to detailed execution.
• You can direct the work of other designers and freelancers — briefing clearly, giving sharp and constructive feedback, and raising the overall quality of what the team produces.
• You can hold the quality bar across several projects running in parallel, knowing when to go hands-on and when to direct....
