Job Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, detailed drawings, and construction documentation in line with project requirements and applicable standards.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, 3D models, and technical details using industry-standard design software.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and conflict-free designs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, organizational standards, and project specifications.
- Review design drawings and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, consultants, and project teams.
