Senior Application Support & SRE Engineer

Link-Worldwide is looking for an Application Support professional located in Ciudad de México. The role requires an individual with 6–10 years of Level L2, L3 experience, proficient in Unix/Linux and Java. You will maintain a proactive approach to analyze and resolve issues, while developing the SRE strategy to enhance scalability and reliability.

The ideal candidate should possess strong coding skills, the ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders, and demonstrate a thorough understanding of technical concepts. Responsibilities include automating manual processes and creating documentation to assist the team.
