Senior Application Scientist, PCG

Summary Of Responsibilities

This role is a critical part of Performance Coatings Group application team, focused on technical activities such as the evaluation of hyperdispersants and additives, development of dispersion/millbase formulations, and formulation and application testing of paints and inks. The position will collaborate with the global technical community and external partners to provide technical support to customers in Southeast Asia (SEA). Additionally, this role will contribute to regional new product development through in-depth application studies of developmental samples. The successful candidate will possess a broad understanding and hands‑on experience in paints, coatings, and inks applications, and will be able to lead and complete investigations and product development activities as required.
