Senior Analyst/Associate, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis

About the Role

BCI's Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team seeks a Senior Analyst or Associate to support 13 internal departments through annual budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and bespoke analysis that informs senior leaders. The role requires translating complex datasets into compelling stories and building trust with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze budget‑to‑actual variances, identify key drivers, and prepare analysis to support management reporting.
• Prepare monthly cost accruals and reclassifications and collaborate with Corporate Accounting to complete month‑end close.
• Utilize Workday Adaptive Planning to create and maintain accurate forecast and budget reporting.
