Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and work closely with the corporate compliance and legal team
- Lead the site to ensure compliance in all aspects of certifications and permits in Mexico, including VAT-IEPS, IMMEX, AFAC, and others applicable to ensure business continuity.
- Responsible for the accuracy of BOMs in the Annex 24 systems
- Cross‑functional collaboration (working with manufacturing, engineering, and procurement teams) to identify and correct inaccuracies in BOMs, classifications, part number entries, etc.
- Ensure that accurate information is entered and maintained in the customs inventory control system.
- Preparation, review, and submission of Annex 30 reports.
- Support logistics personnel in maintaining the best practices for import and export compliance records.
