Shape HR technology initiatives as a Senior Analyst for HR Systems & Analytics with Inter Pipeline in Calgary. Bring your analytical skills to optimize SAP SuccessFactors and support HR processes.
In this pivotal role, you’ll report to the Supervisor of HR Systems & Analytics and require 5+ years of experience configuring SuccessFactors, particularly in Compensation and Time & Absence modules. Collaborate with IT and external vendors to implement solutions, enhance system capabilities, and support data analysis for impactful HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors modules • Perform system configuration and quality testing • Collaborate with Total Rewards on compensation setup • Provide end-user support, resolving system-related issues • Conduct regression testing during system upgrades
