Senior Analyst, Corporate Development

Lightspeed Commerce, a public company listed on the NYSE and TSX, is hiring a full‑time Senior Analyst for its Corporate Development (M&A) team. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Corporate Development and involves driving strategic initiatives across the entire deal lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare business case summaries and recommendations for potential transactions, filtering inbound leads and sourcing outbound leads for business unit leaders and senior executives.
• Gather data and perform financial analysis and modeling to evaluate acquisition viability and valuation.
• Understand our business and surface innovative ideas and opportunities for Lightspeed to pursue.
• Support deal documentation, due diligence, transaction closing and post‑merger integration through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and support special projects.
