Job Description
Lead aircrew safety inspections as a Senior ALSE Technician at Top Aces, with a focus on compliance and maintenance. A minimum of 5 years of ALSE experience is required for this role.
As a Senior ALSE Technician, you will play a critical role in inspecting and maintaining ALSE equipment for DND and Top Aces aircrews. Responsibilities include managing the ALSE inventory, providing training to technicians, and conducting in-depth inspections. You will also liaise with 414 Squadron and comply with safety regulations and standards across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct periodic inspections of survival equipment
• Maintain tools and equipment according to OEM standards
• Submit monthly inspection reports to management
• Develop training for ALSE inspections
• Participate in ejection seat tasks and deployments
