Senior Airfreight Operations Leader

Adecco is seeking an experienced Airfreight Manager to lead and oversee airfreight operations at the Johor Bahru branch. This role drives operational excellence, profitability, people leadership, customer satisfaction, and compliance aligned with regional and global airfreight strategies.

The candidate will lead, coach, and develop the airfreight team, monitor KPIs, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations while promoting continuous process improvements and strong vendor relationships.
