Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who has shipped real AI systems in production, not just prototypes. You find the problem before being handed one, move fast with limited resources, and stay genuinely curious — tinkering, experimenting, and digging deeper than most people stop. You design with the end user in mind from day one, and you can explain complex work in plain language to anyone in the room.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead design and deployment of large-scale ML training and inference systems, architecting distributed training across multi-GPU/multi-node clusters
- Drive model optimization strategy (training and inference) with hardware-aware decisions that improve performance and cost
- Design, collect, and curate datasets for SFT and RL training of AI agents, including generating new data for novel or poorly defined tasks
