Job Description
We're partnering with a technology company in Oslo that is investing heavily in AI and building a new product designed to transform a major Norwegian industry. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, take ownership of AI initiatives and play a key role in shaping both the product and the wider AI strategy. You'll work in a multidisciplinary, product focused environment with plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.
Must haves
- Commercial experience building AI solutions using LLMs
- Strong understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, RAG and AI agents
- Experience orchestrating and evaluating AI systems in production
- Familiarity with platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI or Anthropic
- Experience working within agile product teams
- Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish
