Responsibilities
+ Serve as an expert in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) practices, coaching and leading teams and influencing leadership on cultural change from traditional to Agile methodologies.
+ Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to build, sustain, and strengthen Agile values, SAFe, and Scrum concepts, providing necessary tools and guidance for successful implementation across high-impact programs.
+ Ensure Agile project metrics are tracked and monitored, assisting teams in identifying and addressing potential issues.
