Senior Agentic Systems Engineer

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Agentic Systems Engineer for a full‑time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a company that specializes in developing a cloud‑based logistics solution that connects shippers, receivers, and carriers to streamline the return and recycling of products, especially IT equipment.

You'll design, build, and maintain production‑grade AI systems powered by large language models. It is not a traditional ticket‑driven engineering role. You will work directly with stakeholders, turn loosely defined business problems into practical technical solutions, make architectural decisions, and deliver working products with minimal supervision. You will join a small, agile engineering team where engineers have significant ownership, direct access to stakeholders, and the freedom to shape both the product and the technical approach.
