**Build Next-Generation Avionics Systems as a Senior Advanced Software Engineer with PDS Tech!**

We’re seeking a highly experienced **Sr Advanced** **Software Engineer** with deep expertise in **Flight Management Systems (FMS)** to support development of advanced avionics for next-generation aerospace platforms.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and integration of **complex, safety-critical flight software** , working alongside a team of top engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
**Must-Have Expertise (Non-Negotiable)**
+ **8+ years of FMS software development experience**
+ Strong **C++ / Object-Oriented Programming** skills
+ Experience with **Agile or Scrum development environments**
