Senior Actuarial Analyst, Atlantic Auto Street Pricing

The Opportunity

Senior Actuarial Analyst in the Atlantic Auto Street Pricing team. Responsible for developing and maintaining actuarial methodologies and assumptions used in pricing Atlantic personal auto insurance, supporting rate reviews and the rate filing process, performing rate indications, developing segmentation proposals, and enhancing process effectiveness and accuracy.

What you’ll do

• Develop predictive models for in‑depth analyses and improve current model/process


• Collaborate with Business Development partners on broker initiatives


• Collate analysis from the various centers of excellence to determine pricing proposals for rate changes


• Work closely with the business and other teams in Personal Insurance to deliver each region/channel’s mandate


• Research and apply both traditional and innovative ways to apply accepted actuarial techniques to business issues
