Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Perform general daily accounting duties

  • Maintain the daily cash position

  • Support month-end closing, responsible for AP, AR, GL, data entry, daily voucher and bank reconciliation

  • Responsible for petty cash payment, internal reimbursements and claims

  • Maintain proper accounting documentation

  • Ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner

  • Assist in ad-hoc duties by management

  • Liaise with external auditor and other professional parties



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • At least 2 years accounting experience

  • Experience in SAP system an advantage

  • Able to work independently, good communication and interpersonal skills and being able to meet deadline
